Le Rachat is located in a small hamlet of the same name and looks out over farmland towards the village of Juvigné which is a short 400 metre walk away.
The country-style kitchen opens onto a sun room and small open deck which over looks the fields and the garden. There is also a separate lounge with a wood burner and a downstairs toilet.
There are two bedrooms and a shower and toilet located on the second floor. The bedrooms are very roomy – the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and two singles.
The house is centrally heated during the winter months and has free wifi and satellite television (English channels).
